What the setup fee covers
- Tailoring the system around your business and phone setup
- Preparing the agreed messages, forms and follow-up rules
- Configuring your customer and job records
- Controlled testing and readiness checks before anything goes live
- Standard setup within five working days after all required onboarding information is received
Separate monthly service: the £97 setup fee does not start the £97 monthly service. Monthly billing begins only on the go-live date separately confirmed with you.

Please read and save the Missing Link Service Agreement, version 1.1. Stripe Checkout will require you to accept the terms before payment.

Price: £97 total. Missing Link is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Direct-purchase suitability refund: if the initial call confirms that the standard service cannot work with the plumbing business’s existing phone arrangement, the £97 setup fee can be refunded in full before tailored setup work begins.
