Package and price

• One complete managed follow-up package
• £97 setup fee
• £97 per month
• No artificial launch tiers or deliberately weakened version

Setup and billing

• Setup is completed within five working days after all required onboarding information is received
• The customer chooses a preferred go-live date and Missing Link confirms it
• The £97 setup fee is paid through the agreed setup route
• The first £97 monthly payment is charged on the agreed go-live date
• Monthly payments are then taken in advance on the same calendar date

Included service

• Missed enquiry recovery and customer enquiry-link SMS
• Structured enquiry details sent to the plumber
• Quote follow-up, payment reminders and review requests
• Ongoing operation and management
• Support when needed
• Monthly value report

Not included

• Live telephone answering
• Appointment booking or diary management
• Creating quotes or invoices
• Handling complaints
• Negotiating disputed invoices or payment disputes
• Additional work without prior discussion and approval

Cancellation

• The customer may cancel at any time
• Service normally continues to the end of the current paid service period unless an earlier shutdown is requested
• No further monthly payments are taken after cancellation
• No partial refund is due for a voluntary early stop within a paid service period

Failed monthly payment

• Service continues for seven days while payment is resolved
• After seven days, service may be temporarily suspended
• Restoration requires the outstanding monthly fee plus a £20 reactivation fee
• Service is restored by the end of the next working day after cleared payment
• After 30 days, the account and service may be closed and removed with notice

Missing Link provides and manages a consistent follow-up process. It does not guarantee recovered jobs, customer payments, reviews, search rankings or any particular financial return.
