Cancellation
- Cancel at any time
- Service normally continues to the end of the current paid service period
- An earlier shutdown can be requested
- No further monthly payments are taken after cancellation
- No partial refund is due for a voluntary early stop within a paid period
Failed monthly payment
- Service continues for seven days while payment is resolved
- After seven days, service may be suspended
- Restoration requires the outstanding fee plus a £20 reactivation fee
- Service is restored by the end of the next working day after cleared payment
- After 30 days, the account may be closed and removed with notice
